Your puppy has been given its first 2 sets of puppy shots. Your Veterinarian will advise to you when the next shots are due. Your puppy has also been de-wormed at least three times. Have your veterinarian examine your puppy and he will advise as to the necessity of having your puppy de-wormed again.

After receiving your puppy, you have (72) hours to take the puppy to a Veterinarian of your choice for a complete examination. Your pet is guaranteed to be healthy, that is to say, there are No LIFE THREATING Health Problems. HOWEVER, FOR THIS WARRANTY TO BE EFFECTIVE, YOU MUST: (1) TAKE YOUR NEW PUPPY TO A VETERINARIAN WITHIN THREE DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIVING YOUR PUPPY AND (2) NOTIFY ME IMMEDIATELY OF ANY LIFE THREATING HEALTH CONDITIONS. Ear infections, hernias, ear mites, intestinal worms, and coccidia are not serious health problems if treated and are not covered by this warranty. Hypoglycemia is a serious health problem but is excluded from this warranty as this is generally caused by too much activity and/or too little food and is within your control. This puppy has been dewormed and vaccinated on a regular schedule and is found to be free of illness upon leaving our premises. Please keep in mind that this puppy’s vaccination schedule is not complete and will need to be continued with your veterinarian. It is not recommended to expose your puppy to public places or areas where other dogs are allowed to run until it has completed the entire vaccination regimen.

If any disorder occurs during the first (72) hours after RECEIVING YOUR PUPPY, call Kelly Brumley from which you purchased the puppy, and you will be advised as to either bring your puppy back, with a written reason from your veterinarian and the time of your visit, or we will ask you to take the puppy to a specific veterinarian. It is understood that puppies occasionally will be diagnosed with intestinal parasites or other protozoan/bacterial type disorders after leaving our premises. All efforts have been made to prevent and/or treat infection of these puppies. But, since they are allowed to run, play and eliminate outside where birds, rabbits and other wild animals roam, sometimes puppies pick up things that cannot be foreseen. For this reason, if this puppy is diagnosed by your veterinarian with an intestinal parasite/condition within 72 hours of purchase, Kelly Brumley agrees to reimburse the purchaser for the cost of medication to remedy the condition, which shall not exceed $25.00. A written statement from your Veterinarian will be required if this occurs.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BRUMLEY’S BRUSSELS, NOR KELLY BRUMLEY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXPENSE INCURRED BY YOU. Any illness occurring after this (72) hour period will be your responsibility. It is understood that after this (72) hour period, THIS SALE IS FINAL. There will be no refund or exchange of this puppy. KELLY BRUMLEY / BRUMLEY’S BRUSSELS assumes no responsibility for this puppy after leaving the premises, including medical expenses, landlord’s disapproval, return shipping costs, allergy to animals, disagreement of family, or for any other reason, other than stated. We do not guarantee personality, lifespan, ability to breed, ability to show, appearance, size, weight, coat, color, coat length, or coat texture of your pet. It is understood and agreed that no warranty or representation has been made with respect to sold dog except as set forth in writing in this agreement. Buyer agrees not to sue Seller and to pay any and all court and attorney’s fees incurred by the Seller should any suit be brought against the Seller in regard to this puppy/dog by or for any reason. If this does occur, legal proceedings shall take place in Fayette County, Somerville, TN Courthouse.
